Second of the three crowns in the Princess Crown Collection for Hana Christmas, 2011
A "collection" of craft, floral and sewing ideas that I have gathered over the years. Sharing my projects with my friends and relatives is so rewarding and as any creative person knows, one project always opens doors for another. It never stops!

Frosted Sugar Pine Cone
Found these gigantic pine cones while hiking. They are Sugar Pines and the pine cones can measure up to 15" long. They can last several years if stored properly.

Center glass bowl holds bulbs, candy, cookies or candle.
This is easier than it looks. I used a charger plate, very inexpensive but durable, turned it up side down and glued a pre-made greenery wreath on to the plate. I added three snowman tree ornaments, evenly spaced around the wreath. If you want lights, this is the time to add a small string of battery operated LED lights. Hide the mechanism in the greenery. I used faux lights that come as a garland, then added a few round bulbs. Scattered a few snowflakes, then glued in faux candy canes and lollipops. A faux candy garland finishes the wreath. The center contains a 6 inch glass bowl that I've filled with bulbs but would be great with just about anything.
