flower princess crown

Number three in the series for Hana. A sequined crown with metallic flowers and crystals.
This was a very simple and inexpensive project.  The sequined crown was purchased @ Jo-Ann's for $1. and the flowers are left over from a scrapbook page.  Crystals were also leftovers from another project.  Since the cost is low, a variety of themes can be used and it's a great way to use up all those bits and pieces.

Peacock Headband

I had some left over feathers from the Peacock Princess Crown, so I added them to a lavender ribbon rose, some pearlized beads and silver leaves.  The headband is from Jo-Ann's $1. bin, the flower is a very simple ribbon rose and the leaves are leftover from Christmas.  I added some stick on crystals for a little more sparkle.

Neon Sparkle

Neon, satin wrapped bulbs, with sparkle garland.

I found these neon colored, satin wrapped bulbs in a thrift store for $3.  They are glued randomly onto a styrofoam circle.  There are a lot of bulbs, over 125 in various sizes to finish this 18" wreath.  After gluing on the blubs I discovered I had a lot of empty dead space.  I cut up some left over  sparkle garland, purchased after the holiday @70% off.  Wow!  That's all it needed.  It really has a wonderful retro look to it.

Stryofoam heart wrapped with sparkle garland, (left over from Christmas)

A purchased styrofoam heart that I wrapped with leftover sparkle garland.  The rose is a bath scubby.  Metallic red ribbon, two heart ornaments, and a white feather pick complete the wreath.
